PAN UK turns big ideas into global action

Located in the heart of London Bridge, at the center of all things X-Tech.

PAN’s London office helps the world’s most ambitious start-ups and global brands achieve unprecedented growth. We service b2b and b2c tech brands headquartered in the UK, and also act as a regional hub for international companies wanting to expand across the EMEA region and beyond.

Our expertise spans the X-Tech sector—including FinTech, EcoTech, AdTech, PropTech, SportsTech, and cybersecurity.

Located in the heart of London Bridge, our gorgeous office is a few minutes from the station and surrounded by the best food, shopping, fitness and entertainment the capital has to offer. But while we are all still working remotely, we’re staying connected using the best collaboration tools, the most outlandish virtual socials, and by talking constantly as a team.

Innovation & Inspiration

I love the energy here; my team constantly lift me and push me to be the best I can be.
Toby Earnshaw
Senior Account Executive | London, UK
We’ve thrived during the extended period of fully remote working. Daily team huddles, weekly ‘Quaruntini’ drinks, and ad hoc socials to learn new cooking techniques, magic tricks or breathing exercises have helped keep us all feeling together even though we’re apart.
Donna Airey
Senior Account Director | London, UK
I love the supportive culture at PAN. Even when working fully remotely, everyone is always at the end of a phone or Teams call to talk through a problem or celebrate a win. Virtual book clubs to openly discuss diversity issues and sessions on mindfulness have not only been great for personal development, but also allowed us to share our culture with colleagues in the US.
Laura West-Wilson
Account Director | London, UK
Our central location at London Bridge provides unique stimulus for our work as well as the ability to stay ahead of what’s important. The Shard and Tower Bridge act as landmarks new and old on our doorstep, and this combination of innovation and heritage inspires our leading work for clients. We build on new ideas as a team in the open plan office, use breakout zones for news huddles, and shut the door in privacy booths for one-to-one conversations with journalists. We also use our location to our advantage to stay ahead on the latest additions to Borough Market and Vinegar Yard, for exciting lunches and after-work drinks.

Our People Make Big Moves in London
A Boutique-Sized Agency With a Big Reach

Calling all creators, communicators, go-getters, and trend-setters.

As a relatively small office of 15 people, we’re proud of our boutique-style creativity and tenacity, but with the backing and international reach of the larger PAN organization, we also offer top-notch strategic thinking and ample opportunities to learn from the world’s best.

Staying true to PAN’s curious value, learning is key: we run regular lunch and learn sessions with external speakers, monthly sessions on best practice creative campaigns and take full advantage of London’s cultural scene with monthly socials.

We also – like all PAN offices – take pride in our work, celebrating the best client work each month and regularly bringing home UK industry awards.

London Team
We’re proud to represent some of the coolest and most ambitious tech companies from our London office, delivering campaigns that make a real difference to our clients and the wider world. Although our colleagues in other PAN locations would probably disagree, we’re also fortunate enough to do it from the greatest city on the planet.

It’s not every day you get asked to help a client’s audience want to use less of its product, but with a growing need to take positive action to protect the planet, we were proud to play a part in putting climate change on the national agenda.

Monster is known by consumers for its light-hearted identity, content and fun tone of voice. So, when they asked PAN to help them gain credibility with the B2B market, we knew a different approach was needed.

Monster is a fun brand to work with but we knew their usual tongue-in-cheek style wouldn’t work for the more serious b2b sector. We helped show there is more to Monster than meets the eye through a strategic partnership and a hard-hitting employment report.

In an environment where competition for share of voice is high and space in property pages is increasingly tight, our stories needed to be highly relevant and newsworthy. We focused on identifying a topical issue affecting landlords, and used research data to support our theories. As a result, we created an ownable viewpoint that cut through the clutter to deliver stand out coverage.
