Our people are the heart of our business.

Our industry as a whole, PAN included, needs to do a better job building a more diverse workforce, accelerating our efforts and evaluating all areas of our business to ensure we are doing all we can to improve and make change happen. We have taken a two-pronged approach to our DEI efforts which includes both a strategic roadmap and a continued grassroots effort.

  • Our six DEI Pillars consider every aspect of our business, as we know our journey must be multi-dimensional and sustainable. These pillars encompass everything from our employee retention, to policies, to education and learning.
  • — In early 2019 we established a team of employees who volunteered to work together to bring various educational opportunities and fun activities to our workforce. This PAN Inclusion and Diversity team (PANid) is now 30 employees strong and represents all levels of our organization, across all five of our offices.
  • — The PAN Portal Network that originally began at Syracuse University in 2016 has grown to include three additional schools: North Carolina A&T, North Carolina Central, and Elon University.
