The ‘Why’ Behind Our New Website: Blending a People-First Mindset with a Global Approach

No marketer will ever underscore the time and effort that goes into launching a new website. Every sentence, image and experience is considered and then reconsidered five more times until you’re sure it’s just right. And every partner and team member you collaborate with helps you build those moments that matter throughout the design.

But it’s a labor of love.

Our new website was no exception. As PAN celebrates its 25th anniversary, we knew we had some big shoes to fill. A quarter century of moving ideas, learning and growing, taking pride in our creativity and putting data at the center of every integrated marketing and PR campaign. We value the trust that our customers put in us to deliver exceptional service and the choice that our employees have made to select PAN as the place to grow their career.

While many values and methods have remained the same throughout the past two decades, we’re also proud of how we have evolved as an agency. Since our last redesign in 2015, we’ve expanded internationally, broadened our integrated capabilities and become more people-driven than ever before. And this website reflects that.

Here’s an inside look into the website and the most important areas we focused on as we brought this new site to life.

Improving the User Experience

UX was our #1 priority as we thought about this redesign. We had just completed our previous site less than five years ago – but realized it needed another refresh to reflect our One PAN approach across the US and UK. It was important to us that website functionality and content placement were at the forefront. We realize that not everyone comes to PAN for the same reason – so this experience will offer personalized journeys to marketers of all levels, departments, industries and growth stages as they navigate their own unique set of challenges and seek information to guide their outcomes.

Solidifying Our People-First Approach

This new site brings together the voices of our employees and our customers – our most important advocates. They make PAN who we are today. It is our hope that whether you are a brand looking for a new agency partner or a PR pro seeking a new career path, as you move through the site you will learn about what makes PAN special: We are built on data, we love storytelling, we have passionate and creative minds, and we share a vision to be the industry’s most trusted communications partner.

Our Growing Integrated Practice

When we started out 25 years ago, our service offering was strictly PR. Since then, we have introduced a wide variety of integrated marketing services and an abundance of content to support them. We realized that our website must reflect these moves as an agency and simplify the journey for brands looking to PAN as a trusted resource. Inside this new site, you’ll find a stronger emphasis on our measurement and analytics practices, our belief that IM&PR should be at the core of B2B growth strategies and our “We Move Ideas” approach that puts ideation and storytelling at the forefront of everything we do.

Our Expanded Global Capabilities

In 2019, we made the leap across the pond through our London, U.K., acquisition. It was our goal through that deal that we would expand PAN’s already impressive list of global partnerships and offer our customers and prospects a branded office abroad. One year later, we are global in nature, but we remain local in focus. This website showcases our ability to service B2B brands of all growth stages, in some of the most important markets, while upholding the personalized feel of a mid-sized agency.
