Mark is the driving force behind the agency’s NXT Stage approach, allowing the firm to offer personalized services and integrated strategies that align with brand goals and support client growth journeys. Mark is passionate about all things technology and the customer experience, helping B2B brands embrace digital transformation and better engage with their audiences.
When he’s not working on PAN’s strategic growth initiatives, Mark is an active member of the Harvard Office of Technology Department’s Expert-in-Residence (XIR) program, offering insights and go-to-market strategy to emerging brands. Mark’s knowledge-sharing extends beyond Harvard and into thought leadership opportunities with INBOUND, DX Summit, DMNews Podcast, Heinz Marketing Radio and more.
