Mark was the driving force behind the agency’s move to integrated marketing & PR, allowing the firm to develop services and expertise that compete on a global scale. Mark is passionate for all things technology and the customer experience, helping B2B brands embrace digital transformation and better engage with their audiences.
When he’s not working on PAN’s strategic growth initiatives, Mark is an active member of the Harvard Office of Technology Department’s Expert-in-Residence (XIR) program, offering insights and go-to-market strategy to emerging brands. Mark’s knowledge-sharing extends beyond Harvard and into thought leadership opportunities with Growth Marketing Conference, DMNews Podcast, Heinz Marketing Radio and more. When he’s not discussing the latest marketing trends with his team, you can find him on the golf course or at home with his wife and two kids.
