Ashley Wallace Jones has served as a senior integrated program strategist at PAN since 2017. A creative and passionate storyteller for over 17 years, Ashley is committed to accelerating the agency’s modern marketing acumen, and authentically elevating her client’s brands and thought leaders.
Ashley’s career spans everything from tech, healthcare, and cybersecurity to financial services, bio tech, medical devices, and more. Her seasoned expertise includes (but is not limited to) brand and executive messaging and positioning, executive thought leadership platform creation and management, customer journey-driven content, and integrated social media strategy.
With such multifaceted proficiencies, Ashley also serves as a founding member of PAN’s Issues Response Team (IRT)—helping the agency and our clients navigate sensitive issues with a holistic view of internal and external messaging. She also leads PAN’s Consumer Survey Data Practice, empowering all of PAN’s clients with a real-time pulse across their industries and customers.
