Boston, Mass. – July 13, 2011 – PAN Communications, one of the nation’s leading innovative public relations and digital media agencies, with deep expertise in the technology, consumer engagement, healthcare & life sciences, and professional services sectors, today announces its move to Boston’s downtown waterfront at 255 State Street. As the agency responds to strong momentum and growth across all four specialty areas, the company is poised to benefit from Boston’s top public relations talent and additional opportunities for business growth.
PAN is also pleased to announce that Meghan Daly was named the winner of the 2011 Striker Award. The Striker Award recognizes a public relations or communications practitioner who has demonstrated a love of the field, a dedication to their career and a superior work ethic. The award is given to a working New England public relations or communications professional who has excelled in the PR and communications industry in a very short period of time and has surpassed other newcomers in the organization and in the field. Meghan graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia as a broadcast journalism major with a four year internship at CBS Radio. After moving to Boston, she started her career in public relations and has been with the firm just over a year.
“What started in Andover, MA more than 16 years ago will be continued in Boston. This move puts our firm smack in the center of the hub of our industry,” said Philip A. Nardone Jr., president and founder of PAN Communications. “Our three-year plan to grow the agency by 40 percent is coming to fruition as we’ve already seen tremendous demand from national and international brands since the move.”
The new office was built on the spirit of collaboration-in-the-workforce and to better serve the firm’s clientele. From open meeting areas with state-of-the-art technology to expanded services that further integrate into the firm’s existing offering, PAN is leading the industry in client service. The enhanced Digital Lab is one of the most exciting additions to the office as it allows the firm to fully leverage digital communication tools to achieve a wide variety of client’s business objectives, including social media execution & monitoring as well as video & podcast development, production, distribution and measurement. In addition to these advancements, the move comes with many perks for employees. As a way to reduce the firm’s carbon footprint while creating an accommodating work environment, PAN developed a benefits package that includes the opportunity for all employees to work at home on Wednesdays, as well as T-passes for those who live more than 15 miles outside the city.
