The long-term post-acute care (LTPAC) industry faces a significant challenge with soaring demand amid a rising aging population of baby boomers. This demand creates resource constraints, emphasizing the crucial role of technology to support care delivery. Unlike acute care, LTPAC lacks adequate government support for IT infrastructure. PointClickCare advocates for equitable funding and policy recognition to address these challenges and unlock opportunities in senior care across the U.S. healthcare system.

PAN set out to develop and execute an earned media program to:

  • Enhance senior care portfolio growth and customer value
  • Boost brand credibility, executive visibility, and position PointClickCare executives as industry influencers in government affairs (GA)

With a focus on establishing and expanding PointClickCare’s advocacy work in government affairs, PAN continued to form relationships with trade media covering healthcare policy and technology trends to insert PointClickCare’s POVs around Health IT incentives for senior care and the importance of engaging external stakeholders to accomplish a more connected ecosystem. PAN developed thoughtful, strategic content that demonstrated the importance of bringing awareness to the LTPAC industry through different mediums, including blogs, executive social podcasts, and video.
