Darlene Doyle is Chief Client Officer at PAN Communications. In her role, she acts as a key “voice of the client,” leveraging the firm’s best practices, methodologies and integrated marketing and PR services to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Doyle partners closely with PAN’s team of executive vice presidents to provide strategic oversight and counsel to client programs, with a keen focus in marketing and advertising technology, data and analytics and all things surrounding the customer journey and digital experience.

With over 20 years of experience, both agency side and in-house, Doyle brings a well-rounded point-of-view on the strategic role communications plays in helping companies grow their brand awareness. She was named to PR News’ List of Top Women in PR in 2019.

Outside of PAN, Doyle loves to spend QT with her husband and two kids, hit the yoga studio and listen to as many Audible books as her commute allows.
