PAN Southeast (SE) in Orlando has been recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work for the fifth consecutive year! As a “people-first” organization, we are thrilled to receive the honor, particularly as results are driven by our very own employees. PAN SE is comprised of a talented and creative group of industry professionals where collaboration and driving top-notch results remains at the core of our DNA. As Vice President and General Manager of the office, I challenged myself to think about what makes our office so special and it comes down to three simple things – the people, the culture, and the work.

The People

At PAN, employees are at the center of all business decisions, and there is a heightened focus on making sure that each individual is able to grow in their respective role. PAN employees work hard to ensure that we are meeting our clients’ business objectives and take pride in both establishing and executing programs that catapult brands to the forefront of industry dialogue. It’s a place that is comprised of the brightest industry professionals in the field, individuals that are consistently mentoring others to contribute to their own growth. This is clear in PAN’s career coach program, where every employee is assigned to a senior level team member as their dedicated mentor. From regular one-to-ones to career mapping, the career coach program has been effective in setting up all employees for success.

“I learn from everyone that I have the chance to work with and have gained some really great friends because of PAN! The support, excitement, enthusiasm and passion are infectious in PAN SE and cross-office.” — Sydney Holmquist, Senior Account Executive

The Culture

We take company culture very seriously at PAN and work to ensure that each employee – whether it’s their first day or tenth year at the agency – has a clear path to success. PAN SE has its own unique culture and we work to embrace everyone’s work style to create an overall culture that is passionate and tenacious. Our hard work is celebrated at events like PANpub, a time for employees to kick back and enjoy a beer or cocktail as well as some light hors d’oeuvres, or our annual summer outing. Just this past summer, we tried our luck at a local escape room. More importantly, however, we don’t forget to focus on what really matters, giving back. Through our PANcares program, PAN SE has partnered with Covenant House Florida. Employees regularly volunteer their time whether it is a gift-wrapping drive or a resume workshop. This is perhaps one of the most rewarding endeavors that has become a core part of our culture.

“My coworkers are the best in all of Orlando! Everyone here cares about PAN and works hard for our clients, but also plays hard! I love being able to grab a drink during PANpub after a long work week to share a laugh.” — Kellie Woods, Account Executive

The Work

As an integrated marketing and PR agency that focuses on B2B tech and healthcare, we have the honor of working with some of the most innovative global organizations. Whether it’s a 3D scanner that has digitized the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Barack Obama, or an international brand that is the leader in cloud, analytics, mobile and IT solutions, our clients are pushing the boundaries of possibilities. Regularly, our employees are scoring top media hits in national publications, jetting off to support a client at an industry-leading conference or strategizing ways to navigate the competitive digital landscape. We are true partners for the organizations we work with and each program is highly tailored to meet their own unique business objectives. After all, that’s what makes our jobs so exciting.

Having the opportunity to work for such a wide variety of clients is what makes our work challenging and rewarding. We are constantly learning new things about the world, new technologies, and our own jobs through the work we do. There’s no better feeling than seeing your client featured on the front page of a major national news publication and knowing you put them there.” Laura Beauregard, Senior Account Supervisor

PAN Communications is more than just another agency. It’s a place where employees are challenged, where teams are supported, and our client programs are record-breaking. This is what makes PAN one of the Best Places to Work.
