PAN Communications Celebrates ‘Best Agency to Work For’ at 2019 SABRE Awards

Firm Continues Integrated Marketing Momentum as Digital Agency of the Year Finalist

PAN Communications, an integrated marketing and PR agency for B2B tech and healthcare brands, today announced it was recognized by The Holmes Report as a 2019 Best Small Agency to Work For. PAN has accepted this award for five years running, a nod to the firm’s emphasis on employee advancement through training, development and culture initiatives. The agency was also named a finalist for Digital Agency of the Year, marking an incredible milestone as PAN continues to sharpen its digital capabilities by delivering results-driven, integrated campaigns that are centered around data, analytics and storytelling.

The firm’s commitment to being a people-first agency and to exceeding customer expectations has driven PAN to new heights within The Holmes Report’s Global 250 PR Agency Rankings. This year, PAN was recognized as a “Top 100” ranked firm, slated amongst the best of the best in PR across the globe. PAN President & CEO Philip A. Nardone Jr. cites this accomplishment as a turning point for the firm as PAN continues to remain dedicated to the success of its employees while managing large-scale, global programs for its clients.

“Our recognition from The Holmes Report has touched upon three important areas for us – culture, client services and growth of our firm,” said Nardone. “When I first heard the news, I thought, ‘What more could a CEO ask for?’ Everything is clicking for PAN right now, and I couldn’t be more proud to lead this agency through another year of success and opportunity.”

In addition to the agency-wide awards, PAN celebrated campaign recognition for clients Phononic and White Ops. Phononic’s integrated marketing campaign was named a finalist in the technology category, and White Ops was selected as a Diamond SABRE finalist for superior achievement in reputation management.

The hard work and passion that is ingrained into these campaigns is what makes PAN a “Best Agency to Work For.” PAN’s culture is one of encouragement, and the agency thrives in the achievements of its employees no matter how big or small.

“The Holmes Report ‘Best Agencies to Work For’ award is a personal favorite because it’s derived directly from employee feedback across the firm, and it holds us accountable,” said Elizabeth Famiglietti, executive vice president of human resources. “It takes a special group of people to create the culture and sense of family we’ve developed here at PAN, and I’m elated that we are recognized year after year for our efforts.”
