Culture plays a huge role in the success of a company and here at PAN Communications, I believe that we have one of the best out there. It’s one thing to think and see this in action but today represented even further confirmation as we were recognized by one of the top publications for business owners – Entrepreneur.

Entrepreneur and CultureIQ teamed up to find and compile a list of small, medium and large enterprises that had a ‘Top Company Culture.’ I’m extremely proud to announce that PAN Communications came in 30th in the medium enterprise category. The award submission was open to all companies in the country and what really makes this honor special is the fact that it was based off of an employee survey. Employees answered various questions on collaboration, innovation, agility, communication, support, wellness, performance, mission and value alignment to name a few.

I’m extremely proud of each individual at PAN Communications. I have seen first-hand how their careers have developed and evolved over time, giving excellent and consistent service to our B2B and healthcare clients. This honor simply solidifies the fact that we have created and maintained a work environment that is creative, vibrant, and high-performing – simply ‘PANtastic’ all around.
