The “digital disruption” of 2017 brings both challenges and new opportunities to modern marketers looking to expand beyond traditional marketing practices. Social media is a major player in this digital landscape.

For this reason, it’s important that brands turn to industry influencers to understand best practices for tackling what social media has to offer. To make it a little easier to stay on top of these trends, I’ve compiled the top eight social media influencers to start following:
