PAN Communications Ranked Top Company Culture by Entrepreneur Three Years Running

Integrated firm also recognized as San Francisco Bay Area’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For

PAN Communications, an integrated marketing and PR agency servicing B2B tech and healthcare brands, was recently ranked on Entrepreneur’s Top Company Cultures list, a comprehensive ranking of U.S.-based businesses exhibiting high-performance cultures. The Top Company Culture list has placed PAN as No. 18 out of 50 in the medium category. PAN was also listed as one of San Francisco Bay Area’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

As a top contender, Entrepreneur recognized PAN for creating an exceptional culture that drives employee engagement, exceeds employee expectations and directly impacts company success. Honorees were determined and ranked based solely on employee feedback survey scores. Each of the 150 companies were measured in response to 24 questions regarding connection, alignment, effectiveness, leadership and management, as well as basics such as pay, benefits and flexibility.

“When we first received this recognition from Entrepreneur, we were on the cusp of a successful cross-country expansion,” said Elizabeth Famiglietti, executive vice president, human resources. “Today, as we are honored for the third consecutive year, we find ourselves in familiar territory – celebrating our recent expansion into the exciting New York market. This honor is a testament to the incredible culture and values we continue to build upon as a rapidly-growing organization. The award belongs to each and every one of our 130+ employees, whose dedication, talent and passion make every PAN office a truly special place to be.”

For the “Best and Brightest Companies” recognition, employees were surveyed anonymously by an independent research firm around areas including employee enrichment, engagement and retention, and work-life balance. PAN was cited for its use of innovation to motivate employees, implementation of creative compensation programs, and overall excellent employee relations practices.

“As a CEO who has always believed that company culture is paramount, I couldn’t be prouder of the recognition we’ve received these past three years from Entrepreneur, and now for our first ever local San Francisco award,” said Philip A. Nardone, Jr., president and CEO of PAN Communications. “The people that you hire and the values that you cultivate are what drives success in any organization, and PAN is no exception.”
