Elizabeth believes passionately in a people-first approach. In her role as Chief People and Culture Officer, she is the key architect behind PAN’s award-winning, inclusive culture which has been recognized by The Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, Orlando Business Journal, SF Best and Brightest, Entrepreneur and PRovoke Media.

She focuses wholly on the employee experience, heading up the teams responsible for onboarding, learning and development, the dedicated career coach community, performance management and PAN’s mental health, wellness and total rewards program. Elizabeth also leads the talent acquisition team, bringing the best and brightest talent to the agency. During her tenure at PAN, she has helped elevate the agency from a team of 45 in one office, to a team of more than 195 strong across our five offices and a growing virtual community.

Elizabeth thrives on creating new programs and experiences that match what’s important to today’s workforce. Most recently, she led the creation and roll-out of PAN’s HyFlex model, enabling employees to work from anywhere to help them live their best lives. In addition, in 2021, she was recognized as an HR Leader of the Year by Ragan in the Workplace Wellness Awards for launching PAN’s “Be Kind to Your Mind” program during the pandemic, which focused on expanded wellness offerings, trainings and open discussions to destigmatize prioritizing mental health and wellness.

Elizabeth is co-chair of PR Council’s Human Resources community. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying a day on the Cape beaches with family and friends.
