Brandon Thomas is a seasoned communicator and DEI champion with more than a decade of public relations and integrated marketing experience. In this time, he has helped lead and support strategy and execution for a diverse group of clients across industries including corporate, healthcare, technology, education and nonprofit.
In his role as Vice President & Head of DEI, Brandon splits his time between supporting a portfolio of B2B technology accounts and establishing and leading internal and external strategy for PAN’s DEI journey. In addition, he serves as General Manager of PAN’s New York City office overseeing regional market strategy and operations.
Brandon was a recipient of PRSA-NY’s 15 Under 35 Award and City & State New York’s Responsible 100 List in 2021. He is a graduate of West Virginia University’s Reed College of Media (CoM), a Ronald E. McNair Scholar and serves as a CoM guest speaker and professional mentor. In 2021, Brandon served on the Board of the PRSA-NY chapter in the role Associate Director of DEI, helping launched the chapter’s annual DEI Summit. He remains an active member of PRSA, PRSA-NY and the PR Council.
In his free time, Brandon enjoys all things performing arts and fitness, so you’ll likely find him enjoying live music when possible, spending quality time at the Brooklyn Museum or squeezing in a virtual bootcamp during his lunch break.
