Riva brings a proven track record in business development and strategic planning, as well as a keen understanding of relationship management, drawing on 13 years of sales and marketing experience. She joins PAN Communications from TD Garden in Boston where she held the position of Director of Premium Sales. In that role, Heather was responsible for growing the client base within the Garden’s luxury seating area.
In her new role, Riva will be responsible for creating new business opportunities across the agency’s three portfolios, while expanding the firm’s footprint within growing market opportunities such as mobile and healthcare, to name a few.

Riva graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
