PAN Communications Adds Two Industry Veterans to Senior Leadership Team following Record Growth in 2014

BOSTON – March 9, 2015PAN Communications, an integrated public relations, content marketing and digital media agency for the technology, consumer, and healthcare industries, today announced the strategic hires of Lauren Arnold and Darlene Doyle as vice presidents joining the agency’s growing technology and healthcare practices. These additions come on the heels of PAN’s record growth in 2014, spotlighted by a variety of successful factors including new clients, organic growth and expanded integrated communication service offerings.

“As PAN begins moving to a more integrated communications model with all forms of media touch points, it is vital to map our leaders’ skill sets to the challenges that our clients face today,” notes PAN President and founder, Philip A. Nardone, Jr.  “Lauren and Darlene’s respective industry expertise, commitment to client service and can-do attitudes make them both ideal hires for our growing team.”

Lauren Arnold brings more than 18 years of communications experience to PAN. Her most recent role of vice president at MSLGroup in Boston involved offering strategic PR counsel to technology and healthcare companies including ClickSoftware, MapInfo (now Pitney Bowes), iNTERFACEWARE and BIOTRONIK. Lauren also represented professional organizations including the National Brain Tumor Society and the Heart Rhythm Society where she developed and implemented consumer awareness campaigns across the country. Her depth of knowledge is comprised of mobile, B2B integration, collaboration, cloud, CRM and healthcare IT as well as medical devices and diagnostics. Lauren began her career at Schwartz Communications. Over the course of her 15 years at the firm, she quickly rose to become one of the firm’s sought-after VPs working in technology and healthcare PR.

Darlene Doyle joins PAN’s technology practice, having held past positions both in-house and at agencies over the past 15 years. Most recently, she was a vice president at Version 2.0 Communications, strategically leading client programs such as Netprospex (now part of D&B) Simplivity and Codeship. Prior to Version 2.0, Darlene was a VP of Corporate Communications at Sonicbids and Director of Marketing at ZoomInfo. Her industry focus areas include marketing technology, cloud and big data, clean tech and enterprise IT among others. She began her PR career at Boston-based Louis Paul & Partners.

“We are continuously challenging ourselves to surpass PR industry standards with innovative communication techniques,” Nardone concluded. “These two senior additions will play a key role in the future success of the firm and help continue along our pathway of growth.”
