Orlando Business Journal Names PAN Communications a ‘Best Place to Work’ for 2017

Integrated marketing and PR firm’s office culture ranks for the second consecutive year

PAN Communications, an integrated marketing and PR agency for the B2B technology and healthcare industries, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Central Florida in the annual employee-based survey from the Orlando Business Journal. This is the second consecutive year that the company has been named to the list.

Placement on the OBJ’s Best Places to Work list is determined by an anonymous online survey in which PAN Communications’ Orlando team members participated. Questions included categories surrounding teamwork, job satisfaction, benefits, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness, work engagement, retention and people practices. The publication looks for companies that go above and beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment.

“We strive each day to make our culture a place where employees will thrive, learn and collaborate with one another,” says Philip A. Nardone Jr., President and CEO of PAN. “We have a people-first approach here at PAN and it’s paying off in dividends. Teams are really giving it their all and investing themselves in the success of their clients, whilst demonstrating tremendous amounts of passion and creativity.”

This year, there were 60 companies that made it to the nominee round. The competition judges companies based on the results of an employee survey administered by Quantum Market Research. The 2017 Best Places to Work article was published on June 9 and can be found here. Official rankings will be announced on June 30, 2017, and will be divided into small, medium and large categories based on the size of the company.

“Earning this incredible recognition from the Orlando Business Journal showcases that we have what it takes to create a strong, sustainable company culture,” says Katie Blair, Vice President of the Orlando office. “This award is extremely valuable to us, as it’s employee-voted and highlights the amazing culture that we have at PAN. From perks and benefits, to team collaboration and fostering growth, we really set our staff up for a successful career path, and this recognition is proof of that.”
