Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is ready to assist in some areas and own others, working with an energetic team to execute campaigns and meet marketing goals. If you’re driven to learn, grow and expand your skillset – this opportunity is calling your name!

You will work with PAN’s in-house marketing team to execute national and global marketing strategies covering a wide range of channels, including social, earned and owned. Our Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our team to grow awareness and drive top of funnel leads for both new business and talent acquisition.

This position plays an integral role in advancing PAN as the go-to integrated marketing & PR firm for B2B tech and healthcare brands, while helping recruit top talent in our industry.

 

About Your Role:

  • Nurture relationships with media, clients, and industry influencers on relevant social media channels.
  • Partner directly with the Marketing Content Manager to distribute business and recruitment campaigns via PAN social media channels.
  • Measure and report performance of all social media channels and assess against KPI goals for engagement and growth.
  • Partner with Marketing team to increase agency, executive and (S)VP thought leadership via earned media efforts.
  • Conduct media outreach and build relationships with business and trade publications to support PAN’s earned media strategy.
  • Analyze competitor performance and bring forward recommendations to the larger marketing team for customer and employee experience improvements.
  • Brainstorm new and innovative campaigns and growth

We’re also looking for a candidate who has:

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media and earned media strategies
  • Prior marketing internships and one year of post grad experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking is a plus
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot; HubSpot) and social tools (e.g. Sprout; Buffer)
