About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Content Manager who is a powerful combination of program manager and content marketer. If you know how to creatively define, manage and execute a content marketing strategy, while also developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our omni-channel marketing campaigns, this position is for you.

You will work with PAN’s in-house marketing team to create and distribute our content marketing efforts nationally and globally. In this role, you will work on campaign development that supports the firm’s focus and narrative for our blog, website and social channels while growing customer and employee advocates. Our Content Marketing Manager will work closely with our web team to direct user journeys to specific areas of our site such as Our NXT Stage Approach, Careers and Insights, to name a few.

Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase overall customer and employee engagement. This position plays an integral role in achieving business goals and advancing PAN as the go-to integrated marketing & PR firm for B2B tech and healthcare brands, while helping recruit top talent in our industry.

 

What You'll Do

  • Own and provide direction on content calendar development, aligned to overall marketing calendar and business goals.
  • Partner directly with the Senior Marketing Manager to plan and execute omni-channel marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Partner directly with Senior Creative Director on visualization of content, campaigns and key brand channels.
  • Measure and report performance of all omni-channel marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorm new and innovative campaigns and growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests while working in our current marketing stack (Pardot, SalesForce CRM, Sprout, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure landing page optimization, message alignment and optimize prospect and prospective employee user experiences.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer and employee experience across multiple channels and touch points.

You also have:

  • 4-5+ years of proven working experience in content marketing and omni-channel distribution
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in balancing customer and employee advocacy programs across content
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot; HubSpot) and social tools (e.g. Sprout; Buffer)
  • Experience in managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns
