TriCore Solutions: Amplifying Brand Awareness Leading Up to Acquisition
An integrated marketing strategy in an effort to accomplish its end goal: an acquisition of the company by a major tech player in the cloud space.
PAN had a two-year history with TriCore Solutions securing more than 100 articles in target publications, resulting in a 40% increase in SOV YOY. PAN was also a strategic partner through multiple key company milestones, including an investment raise and two acquisitions, supporting through PR, content marketing and social media.
This integrated communications strategy was all in an effort to accomplish its end goal: an acquisition of the company by a major tech player in the cloud space. Rackspace acquired the company in May, 2017 and PAN helped develop the media strategy, conducted media and analyst outreach, and supported development of written communications about the news to TriCore stakeholders.
Post-acquisition, PAN maintained momentum by engaging with media around product strategy, including securing interview interest with Forbes and CRN. PAN increased engagement with the analyst community as a key tenant to the education and awareness goal for the new business unit. Now, PAN continues to manage PR for Rackspace Application Services (formerly TriCore).
