Radial: Activating Social Media for Candidate Acquisition
Via an integrated marketing and PR strategy aimed at raising Radial’s brand awareness amongst prospective employees nationally and regionally, PAN successfully launched a highly-efficient candidate acquisition strategy.
As a leader in omni-channel commerce, Radial helps brands deliver holiday cheer to consumers’ doorsteps. In 2018, Radial’s team processed 4,000 orders per minute and shipped 48 million units during holiday “peak” season, November 23rd through December 31st. In order to execute at this level, Radial’s team needed to hire over 20,000 seasonal workers, while competing against retail mega-brands Amazon and Walmart.
PAN devised an integrated marketing and PR strategy aimed at raising Radial’s brand awareness amongst prospective employees both nationally and regionally. Our team worked with Radial to create news and multimedia assets spotlighting Radial’s employees, culture and unique benefits, then rolled them out across earned, owned and paid media channels. The result was a highly-efficient and on-message candidate acquisition strategy that out-performed traditional recruitment channels and helped Radial reach its hiring goal.
