PAN Celebrates “Top Places to Work” Recognition from The Boston Globe

PAN Communications

As we close out a year of many celebrations at PAN, our agency reflects on what it means and who it takes to achieve the recognition and success we see today.

At PAN, we never settle. Whether its client work, an internal training, or an employee promotion, we put our heart and soul into everything we do. Teamwork is fundamental to our success. It’s what has propelled us to accept five workplace culture awards in 2018 alone.

Kicking it off nationally with the Holmes Report’s “Best Mid-Sized Agency to Work For” and Entrepreneur’s “Top Company Culture,” our agency was ecstatic about our recognition for something that sits at the core of what we believe in: outstanding culture. Regionally, our teams in San Francisco and Orlando accepted awards for “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” and “Best Places to Work,” respectively.

But we didn’t stop there. Boston felt it needed some love, too. To round out the year, PAN was recognized by The Boston Globe as a “Top Places to Work in Massachusetts” for 2018.

Here’s what some of our MA-based folks had to say about why they love working at PAN:

“I am so excited to celebrate this recognition with the entire PAN team! We really work hard to ensure we have the right mix of career development, training, coaching, social events, community service opportunities, individual recognition, benefits and flexible work schedules. Our employees give their all each day to our clients and deliver exceptional client service. To receive this recognition means we are doing a lot of things right and that is very rewarding.”

-Elizabeth Famiglietti, Executive Vice President, Human Resources

“Two of my favorite things about working at PAN are its commitment to giving back to the community and its willingness to let employees have a voice by running with new ideas for the agency. For me, I was able to combine both of these things – helping PAN to kick off its corporate philanthropy program, PANCares, to give back to each of our communities. The program has allowed all of our employees to really make a difference, by providing pro-bono PR services and volunteer opportunities working with nonprofit organizations that focus on youth homelessness.”

– Marki Conway, Senior Account Supervisor

“PAN is about as non-agency-like as an agency can get, and I mean that in the best way possible. So many companies prioritize the job over their people, but PAN has always put employees first and as a result the work speaks for itself.

-Nate Illsley, Senior Account Executive

“I love working at PAN because the company is true to its values. PAN is a people-first organization, and that is evident in the culture that our executive team has cultivated.  I’ve experienced a wide range of company cultures, procedures, and dynamics during my young career, but none quite like PAN. One of my favorite parts about PAN is the mentorship; support is found in every direction here. My colleagues – regardless of background, title, or experience – encourage me, inspire me, guide me, and challenge me to be my absolute best.”

-Molly Stark, Assistant Account Executive

“Working at PAN for over eight years, I have seen the company evolve from an office in Andover, to a national agency with an impressive client roster. Through this, the culture has remained the same and PAN continues to be an inclusive, supportive and creative organization. This work environment allows employees to develop, hone their skills and focus on work that matters to us.”

-Kyle Tildsley, Senior Account Supervisor
