PAN offers extensive training and development programs to ensure you're growing at every step of your career.

PAN is your partner when it comes to helping you achieve your career goals since we know part of everyone's goal is to continually learn as they progress through the organization. Our training and development programs continually evolve as the organization and its objectives change.

Here are just a few examples.

To encourage sharing of best practices, we offer monthly brown bag sessions that cover a variety of topics including "improving your writing skills," "media relations" and "presentation skills." PAN also has established relationships with outside trainers who deliver cutting edge programs on management development. PAN encourages its employees to take advantage of the local programs offered by the Pub Club, PRSA and other professional organizations.

New to PAN? Our new employees participate in a thorough orientation that includes our innovative shadow program. This program helps new employees get acclimated to the firm with their designated "shadow" who typically is a long-term PAN employee who can show someone the "ropes."

Our mentor program helps employees enhance and drive their personal and professional development at PAN.

Just got promoted or are you a new manager to the organization? Our New Manager Orientation program includes an internal orientation developed by our HR director as well as participation in an external course.
