Overall, external recognition validates our hard work. But day to day, we know that we make our clients shine because individuals go the extra mile. The PANtastic Award recognizes that extra effort. At each staff meeting, the current award recipient passes on the trophy — a frying pan decorated in the PAN colors — to a new winner that they caught going that extra mile.
