Each day, PAN employees look up to their superiors for guidance and education. PAN leaders are true mentors who help our employees navigate their current roles and advance to the next career level. The recipient of the PAN Leadership Award - an engraved trophy of a rising star- is chosen by our Junior Associates, Associates and Senior Associates and is given at each staff meeting to a Director, Senior Account Manager or Account Manager who exemplifies stellar and exemplary leadership in each and every way, day in and day out. This award reminds our leaders that their hard work and contributions to making our agency an amazing place to work don’t go unnoticed.
