PAN Communications named Agency of record for DiCicco, Gulman & Company

Agency adds reputable accounting firm to its professional services portfolio

Andover, Mass. – September 30, 2008 – PAN Communications, an award-winning, full-service public relations firm, today announced that it has been named the agency of record for DiCicco, Gulman and Company (DGC), one of the most successful public accounting and financial advisory firms in New England. Headquartered in Woburn, with an additional office in Boston, DGC specializes in the accounting and financial matters of closely held companies and high net worth individuals.

Serving both regional and national clients, DGC has particular expertise in servicing clients in the real estate, professional services, manufacturing, retail, and wholesale/distribution industries. The firm also provides merger & acquisition and litigation support advisory services.

PAN will incorporate both traditional and social media into DGC’s campaign. The firm will focus mostly on media to help expand DGC’s brand regionally; and on core practice areas including their commercial business, commercial real estate, high net worth, architecture & engineering and litigation practices. PAN will also focus on thought leadership, awards, podcasts and blogs.

“DGC is a well known and established accounting firm that has a stellar reputation for doing great work and promoting an amazing culture,” said Jodie Wertheim, director of the professional services portfolio at PAN Communications. “We are beyond thrilled to begin working on an exciting campaign with many different traditional and social media elements.”

“It’s difficult to find the perfect fit when it comes to a PR firm,” said Kate Ferenczy, marketing specialist, DGC. “The chemistry has to be there from the get-go, and we felt that PAN was a perfect fit for DGC after our initial meeting. Not only are the two firms’ cultures similar, but their experience, knowledge and understanding of accounting firms and our industry has greatly impressed us. They have the relationships, creativity and savvy to take DGC to a different level. We’re very excited to be on board with PAN.”
