PAN Communications Promotes Three

Firm Also Adds an Account Manager to the Team

Andover, Mass. – June 30, 2008 – PAN Communications, an award-winning, high-impact public relations firm specializing in technology, consumer and professional services, today announced the promotions of Jason Ouellette, Gene Carozza and Michael O’Connell as well as the appointment of Kristin Conforti.

Ouellette was promoted to Co-Director of PAN’s technology portfolio. In this position, he will oversee the portfolio’s accounts and will share the responsibility with Co-Director Jennifer Meyer. He will focus on existing clients, as well as growing the practice and new business initiatives. Ouellette has been with the firm for 8 years. Prior to PAN, he worked for a marketing services firm based in Washington D.C.

Carozza was promoted to Senior Account Manager and O’Connell has been promoted to Account Manager. They have been with PAN since 2006 and 2004, respectively.

Carozza has more than 15 years of corporate and agency experience in marketing companies. He has a broad range of IT experience and has secured top-tier analyst coverage and editorial coverage for clients in national business, IT trades and vertical. Prior to PAN, he served as Director of Corporate Communications for Cylink Corp. and then Baltimore Technologies. During his four years at PAN, O’Connell has worked with clients in the software, data center services, environmental, business consulting, real estate development and mortgage lending fields. Prior to PAN, he worked for Sonus Networks in the telecommunications field. O’Connell also brings more than two decades of experience in journalism as a reporter and editor.

Also joining the firm is Account Manager Kristin Conforti. Conforti was previously an Account Supervisor at Dukas Public Relations, where she managed accounts in the company’s growing technology practice. Conforti graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2003 with a BA dual degree in English and Communications.
