PAN GROWS WITH SYNERGISTIC ACCOUNT WINS
New Clients Tap PAN for Deep Vertical Industry Expertise
Andover, Mass. - April 14, 2005 – PAN Communications, an award-winning public relations firm specializing in technology, professional services and consumer products, today announced four new clients that are synergistic with PAN's industry experience in consumer technology, blogs and professional service firms.
Zoom Information, Inc., formerly Eliyon Technologies Corporation, the search engine that extracts and summarizes people information, selected PAN due to the firm’s in depth knowledge of consumer technology and their previous experience working with search technologies. In just days of launching the consumer site, ZoomInfo, PAN has already garnered broad exposure for the company with an Associated Press wire story that generated substantial traffic to the site. With 25 million individual summaries of information about people, ZoomInfo allows users to "Zoom-In" on their Web identities and quickly and easily see a summarized version of what the Web says about them, which they can then register as their own, update, and correct.
With PAN’s expertise in the emerging technology of blogs, PubSub, the essential tool for anyone tracking what people are saying about the topics they care about, selected the firm to handle all of its public relations efforts. PubSub joins PAN’s existing clients with blog specializations: SilkRoad and KnowNow. PubSub is a free service that monitors more than nine million Internet sources on users' behalf and notifies them instantly when things they care about are published in blogs, press releases, SEC filings, newsgroups and other sources.
Two analyst research firms sought out PAN due to the agency’s experience representing professional service firms. Nucleus Research, the leading provider of Return on Investment (ROI)-focused research and advisory services for the global IT industry, providing real-world information to decision-makers as they seek to maximize business returns from their technology investments, selected PAN as its agency of record as did ESAI, an independent energy research firm that provides a series of market analyses and prices forecasts in the areas of petroleum, natural gas and power. Both companies seek to gain more awareness for the services they offer.
“Deep industry expertise has always been a hallmark and calling card for PAN throughout our 10-year history,” said Philip A. Nardone, Jr., PAN’s president and founder. “These four new clients represent synergistic accounts that complement our existing business and allow us to leverage our industry knowledge and strong relationships with key media.”
