A 10-year veteran, Payne most recently worked for Fleishman-Hillard in the firm’s London office where she managed digital programs across the agency’s consumer, technology and financial services practice groups for clients based in the US, UK and EU. Payne’s international experience focuses on digital training, client service, agency marketing and thought-leadership with an emphasis on integration of traditional and non-traditional strategies and best-practices. Prior to that, Payne held senior level social media positions at PainePR and GolinHarris in Los Angeles. Alongside agency work, Jessica is an active blogger, diversity advocate and community board member.
In her role at PAN, Payne will be responsible for developing and managing the firm’s digital media services and strategies, and will lead the creation of high-impact social media for PAN clients, ensuring all programs are fully integrated. She will also oversee agency-wide training and development for PAN employees.
