Emmy Award-Winning Producer Joins PAN Communications To Spearhead the Firm’s Growing Digital Media Practice

ANDOVER, Mass. – March 14, 2011 – PAN Communications, one of the nation’s leading innovative public relations and digital media agencies, with deep expertise in the technologyconsumer engagementhealthcare & life sciences, and professional services sectors, today announced that it has hired Lauren Iacono as its Director of Digital Strategy.

A 12-year veteran, Iacono comes to PAN from Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications where she was the firm’s first Associate Vice President of Digital Communications & Media Services. She quickly made her mark at the agency by driving all critical digital media services firm-wide including the design, implementation, measurement and overall strategic alignment for digital media integration throughout the firm’s client base.

In her role at PAN, Iacono will be responsible for firm-wide digital media strategy and services. This will include new offerings to support the firm’s growing demand for community building on leading social media platforms, in addition to content creation, video production, measurement and brand analytics, and overall listening, monitoring and engagement. Furthermore, she will be responsible for the testing and evaluation of new platforms and tools in the firm’s media lab for all future program offerings.

Prior to Rasky Baerlein, Iacono was an Emmy-Award winning producer at ESPN where she produced short and long form features and covered live events, including College Basketball, Grand Slam Tennis and the NBA Draft.

Iacono graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a Bachelor of Science in Television, Radio, Film Production and minored in American History.
