At each staff meeting, PAN Directors present the Hit of the Week award – a mini baseball bat. Things can get very competitive in a mid-sized agency and this coveted award is highly anticipated at each staff meeting. After all, what top notch firm wouldn’t recognize an outstanding media hit? A lot of fantastic coverage comes out of the agency every day, but only one employee can walk away with the Hit of the Week…Oh, and they receive a prize too! The winner is awarded with a gift card and a big shot parking spot.
