Senior Account Manager

As a senior account manager, Erica works closely with her clients on the high-level strategy and direction of their respective PR programs, creating rolling plans that tie to specific, measurable results. Erica has been with PAN for nine years and spends much of her time within the technology portfolio. She has experience in the enterprise software space as well as open source, security, cloud computing and the supply chain. She has also carved out an expertise in the area of analyst relations and has conducted numerous training sessions on the art of the interview. Erica has a deep understanding of what her clients’ needs and objectives are, resulting in top-quality results. Prior to PAN, Erica spent two years as an Account Executive at a high-technology public relations agency in the Boston area. At the end of the work day, you can often find Erica in the kitchen whipping up a feast for her husband and two sons. She often notes that spending time with her family is one of her most rewarding experiences. Erica graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Communications from Bentley University.

Favorite Thing About PAN:

I’d say the open communication. I love that the Senior Team communicates with the entire staff on both the good and the bad and lets us have the opportunity to fix problems that may arise. In the past, I’ve worked for organizations where things were kept hidden from the staff at large which affected the overall business.

Perspective on PR:

The beauty of PR is at the end of the day you have tangible results for your hard work. I love coming up with an idea, getting interest from the press and bring the it through to fruition, in the form of coverage. There are very few experiences in life that have something so concrete to show for your efforts, where you can say “I did this.”
