Senior Associates at PAN drive client coverage – traditionally and digitally! Our Senior Associates mentor the junior staff and are a valuable partner to their clients. They manage relationships, identify opportunities and are the glue that holds the team together.

  • 6-6:30 a.m. Awake, feed the cat and eat breakfast with my wife
    Listen to daily news headlines on WBUR
  • 6:30-7:30 a.m. Quick morning workout (jog, YMCA)
  • 7:30-8:30 a.m. Shower, dress and out the door (two T stops to Aquarium/State St)
  • 9-11 a.m. Arrive at work! Visit PAN Latte Lounge and catch up with co-workers
    Review emails and voicemails
    Manage intern To Do lists and tasks
    Check social media channels for relevant client discussions/response
    Team TBs in the PAN library followed by morning pitching
  • 11 a.m. Weekly client PR status call to review leading editorial opportunities and campaigns
    Schedule briefings and respond to interview requests
    Scan trade pubs and newsletters in client industries
  • 12 p.m. Grab a snack from the PANtry; Head up to the roof or down to the Greenway for lunch!
  • 1-3 p.m. Afternoon team strategizing/brainstorming story concepts
    Client TBs and continued editorial outreach/pitching
    Draft blog posts, complete byline edits and develop briefing materials
  • 3-5 p.m. Hold press briefings and respond to requests from reporters and editors
    Forward relevant industry news articles to clients
  • 5-6 p.m. Complete daily time slips
    Update client weekly PR status reports for the next day
    Check out with managers and close the loop on daily projects
  • 6 pm. Head home on the T!
